Restart Classes

October sees the return of classes with a different timetable. Choose from 'HIIT Sweaty' or 

'No Jump Conditioning'

Classes for all ages and all levels of fitness.

Our professional gym instructors will ease you through both our high impact and specialised classes.

The cost of a Class is £5 😊
You pay for your classes when pre-booking them or you can check on the day for availability if there are places to attend.

Our ‘Class Cancellation’ policy remains the same for all customers…please check when booking for the policy instructions 😊

  • Booking System - Members Class Booking

    Book your session to be 'present' at ITS check each week for an available place with for other classes when that week starts. Our timetable will start with a choice of two types of class, a higher cardio level class "HIIT Sweaty' which may be using equipment or your bodyweight only and a toning class 'No Jump Conditioning' which might rise kettlebells, dumbells and a Studio mat.

  • Attendance & Cancellations

    Please be on time for your booked class, if you booked for an evening class you will need to book your 'attendance' at ITS on the hour (eg: for the 6.15 pm class please book attendance for 6 pm or 9 am class) this allows you time to prepare, attend the class and have time to either stay on with an extension time in the gym or to shower.


    To cancel a pre-booked class please call reception with plenty of notification to allow another member chance to attend...it would work the same way for you if you were waiting to hopefully get in so please be thoughtful.


    We hope that you all have fun with the first return to our popular classes. It's the new normal for a whole until we are able to extend. We thank you for your cooperation.
