Personal Training sessions scheduled to suit you

Training sessions we can schedule the sessions to suit you, with personal training available from half an hour to an hour.


We have a weekly timetable featuring a great variety of classes.

Group training sessions

Initial consultations are carried out for all gym members to discuss your reasons for wanting to exercise, whether it's to lose weight or to feel fitter. We also carry out group personal training sessions as well as one to one training.
