Ladies Only Gym Membership Details

All memberships are a minimum of 3 months, whether a monthly standing order or a block payment. We do NOT offer a single-month membership, so if you are using it for one month only, you will need to 'Pay on the Day' at £8 per session.


⭐️ MEMBERSHIP IMPORTANT UPDATE ⭐️

When joining at reception you will have the options of either ‘Pay on The Day’ or to join on a minimum block payment of 3 months.

👍 If you currently have a monthly s/o membership with us and are paying monthly you can stay on this payment method. If you need to cancel in future you will then need to change to a block payment when rejoining.

Personal Training sessions scheduled to suit you.

Training sessions range in price from £20 upwards, and we can schedule the sessions to suit you, with personal training available from half an hour to an hour.

We have a weekly time table featuring a great variety of classes.

Group training sessions.

Initial consultations are carried out for all gym members to discuss your reasons for wanting to exercise, whether it's to lose weight or to feel fitter. We also carry out group personal training sessions as well as one to one training.
